Urbando Canvas is accessible via GST Road, through the Singaperumal Koil–Vandalur–Padappai–Wallajahbad Road. The project is approx. 9 km from GST Road, and well-connected to major junctions and highways in the corridor.
The project incorporates percolation points and a dedicated well in the PP2 area for groundwater recharge. Each road has a saucer drain connected to the main stormwater drain along the 10-metre road, which in turn connects to the main road drainage network.
The project features 120W solar street lights mounted on 15-foot Galvanized Iron (GI) poles. This setup offers sustainable, eco-friendly lighting while significantly reducing common-area electricity costs, providing reliable illumination during power outages, and ensuring high durability through rust-resistant poles.
Plot registration is scheduled within 30 days of booking. If you are opting for a home loan, approval typically takes about a week, and registration will be arranged immediately upon sanction and settlement of your margin money. For self-funded purchases, registration can be scheduled immediately once full payment and financial clearances are complete. The builder will fully facilitate and assist you throughout the registration process.
